We love Moose Inn! We love the location, the coziness, the price & the how friendly and accommodating the staff are. Second stay and will be our forever stay each year as we visit silverwood! Always support local!!!!!

Lynn was very accommodating and personable. Cleaned everyday. Yes the bed is firm. Each room is a little different. I didn't have much furniture. End table... not a real table, no dresser. No drawers in the room period. Kind of odd. My Co-Worker had a bigger table. And a place for clothes. He had a better chair too.. Microwave was nuclear powered. 1 minute would cook a steak. Yes they are duplexes. And you can hear everything next door if its quite. Not good if you are a screamer... 😆 No smoking on the property. And it is enforced. Pet friendly. The fee was good for me because I stayed 2 weeks. I liked the shower. The blinds do suck. I went to work before sunrise so it wasn't an issue. They provide shower towels and a seperate towel for cleaning. I always make a mess. The beige towel was well used and appreciated.

Got into town and needed a room on short notice. Was luckily able to get one. The manager was super awesome and helpful and made my stay that much more enjoyable. Super cute, clean rooms. Definitely didn’t expect the rooms to look as nice as they did. Very reasonably priced and they are also pet friendly. :) will definitely be staying here again

First: The owners seemed really nice but the Manager, Lynn, was the best. Attentive and very personable, if I had a question or request, she was all over it. The room was perfect (minus a stove but I'll live). Very clean, very comfortable. The shower and water pressure worked well. Whoever remodelled the room did a great job. I do miss not having a tub (the fix for a bad back). Laminate flooring vs carpet always a plus. Lynn gave me great advice for local restaurants as well. If you're near Spirit Lake and need a place to stay, this is it.

Our stay was great! Good space and quiet. The TV Controller was not programmed for the TV but that was alright. I am glad that we could text a number to get additional towels, etc. comfy bed too. Would recommend!

These cabins are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and we felt safe. It was equipped with a cozy kitchen with microwave and mini-fridge. Don't expect the TV to work; it's satellite and the area has poor reception. We enjoyed our stay.

The manager is so nice and very friendly! Housekeeping did a great job. The location was awesome, being only 10 minutes from my family, instead of a 45 minute drive from Couer d'Alene. Yes, the beds are spring mattresses and are hard, but I like a firm bed and slept great. I will definitely stay here again. Things the owner could think about for comfort: larger towels, blackout shades, memory foam mattress topper option.

I loved staying here! We have stayed at small business hotels and have been less than pleased way too many times and were skeptical but heard the new owner was awesome. She was! The place was so clean and tidy when we arrived. Smelled very good like new wood. The shower water gets hot which I looooove. They came and gave us fresh towels and left chocolates for our kids 😋. Would definitely stay here again. The only con would be the beds are a tad firm for my liking but still an amazing stay.

Prior to my stay I read all the wonderful reviews and became skeptical that a Motel could be so nice. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly face who checked me in and gave me all the information I wanted about my stay and the area. The room is as clean and wonderful as the reviews I read. The decor is pleasant. I have already recommended family to take the trip and stay. If I am ever back in the area I would not hesitate to stay. There was a lovely coffee shop and food options within walking distance. Thank you The Moose Inn staff for making our stay memorable.

The setup is 7 stand alone cabins that each have two rooms in them, around a central small parking lot. Shannon is very welcoming on the phone and in person. The rooms are quite nice, having been recently renovated, as a project by the new ownership. The beds are large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also updated, floors looked new. The TV selection is limited, but they are working on that. She resolved a problem that was not caused by them or the facility, which I appreciated. Rooms were quite clean. A great thing about the layout, which you can see from the pictures, is that you can pull your car right up to the door and unload or load, then move it to the nearby parking. That was great from me, because I was on a 3 week trip and had 10 pieces of luggage and food to unload. Definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area, and as a native New Englander, it was fun to see the streets named after those states, and have Moose Inn on Maine Street, when moose are quite common in Maine. I was skiing at Schweitzer, so it was an hour, parking lot to parking lot, in good conditions, but the pricing here was worth the extra drive.
